Who is responsible

assentar.pt is run by Rui Martins, who is the data controller. Contact, privacy requests included: info@assentar.pt.

What we collect

• No accounts, no forms and no cookies.
• Your browser keeps only your choice of light or dark theme and of language, and whether you have already used the map's touch lens, so the hint is not shown again (local storage). It is not personal data and never leaves your device.
• The household and buy/rent choice live in the page address (for example ?profile=couple), so you can share or bookmark them. We do not store them.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, and keeps these technical logs for a short time, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare acts as our processor; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of personal data about you, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability (GDPR arts. 15–22), by writing to info@assentar.pt. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Changes

If we add advertising, partner links or anything else that processes personal data, this page will say so before it starts, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
